Evidently, junks traditionally were not given names. This one, however, seems to have been named MaKuoBoLuo (Marco Polo)

It would be interesting to know how many traditional junks still sail the world's waters. I suspect you could count them in your fingers.
Here is a youtube channel that has recently released a sequence of videos showing traditional building of Fuzhou junks, including traditional sails being made.
Videos show construction of a 13m, 18m, and 30m junk.
