I contacted the son of the owner of TELEPORT a North Atlantic 29. She is moored at Prince Rupert, British Columbia. I had tried to locate him months ago but no luck. 

Long story short, the owner passed away a couple of weeks ago. His son says the boat is available for free. He didn't give me any further information about her condition. He did give me his contact information:
