    No she doesn't, she looks good, and will look even better when the rig is in. Not long now before she joins the fleet in her natural element?

    Looking great, Gary - you've done a terrific job.  So exciting.  I think that two owners but one boat, while not qualifying as a full-blown Junket, certainly comes under the heading of Get-together :-)  It's wonderful to see you so nearly there and I'm really pleased to hear that another JRA member is going to the effort of being at the launching - Werner, I assume?  Good for him.  Best of luck for L-Day

    Thanks guys. I had a list of jobs to do before she's lifted, but the weather has been so bad lately we're already behind..  Never mind, there's really only one job to do for her to float, attaching the keel - which is done at the yard with help of the travel lift.

    Re your query does two badger junk owners but one boat = a rally? Over to Sailing Sec Annie to pronounce on that, I guess. Enjoy it is the main thing and I'm sure you will.

    The photos in the gallery give us a hint on how many details there are in such a project  -  and remind me of that I must never start building a boat bigger than a dinghy...

    The crane and flat bed are booked for Sept 25th, that's when the boat is carted to the boat yard, and plan to splash a week later. A 5 year chapter ends, another begins.

    BTW, can you call it a rally with one boat, but two sets of junkies? Two Badger owners at that.. must be a first in Australia. The owners of Cloudchaser are visiting Perth in November. :)
    (Too bad he isnt sailing it over.)
