[ ] Located on Thames in Essex

[ ] Mast in a state of disrepair, visible rot on mast roughly halfway, the top 3 meters of the mast fell off & took out a stanchion base on its descent on the starboard side.

[ ] Junk sail & battens are 10 years old

[ ] Completed an Atlantic circuit in July 2025, unused since.

[ ] Reason for sale, no further ambitions for sailing in the foreseeable future & the boat has good bones and plenty of life left - but will need attention, mainly the mast.

[ ] Tiller steering, (may not be ideal for everyone, but I led lines either side of tiller to double lever jam cleat on companion way, so I could steer and trim rudder, without leaving the companionway) 

[ ] Inventory

[ ] Hydrovane in working order, expect rudder is starting to develop play on the pin

[ ] Burtons autoprop which married well (in my opinion & experience) with the high torque electric motor

[ ] AIS VHF, reciever (not transmitting AIS signal, only receiving AIS signals)

[ ] Electric Motor 10Kw

[ ] 4x 300Ah LiFePO4 batteries (one battery is losing charger faster than others, highly suspected bad cell) (another has no Bluetooth but keeps charge)

[ ] 1x 200 Ah LiFePO4 well used, not 100% capacity anymore

[ ] 2x 180w rigid solar panels

[ ] 12v, 30 amp solar charger 

[ ] 48v solar charger 40 amps (to be confirm on next visit to boat)

[ ] 48v Boost solar charge controller (can boost 15v pv to 48v (well 58v but not to confuse matters - it can charge the 48v bank, from any PV panel))

[ ] duel PV and wind turbine charge controller

[ ] Wind turbine seized, was just a cheap eBay turbine to use as a proof of concept (in my opinion it worked very well (expect sailing downwind, where it was useless - but when sailing downwind it's all hopefully going to plan anyway :) ) 

[ ] 1kw inverter

[ ] The wind turbine mounting could be replaced by a mounting a radar instead

[ ] 2kw inverter which works intermittently

[ ] Diesel Hob for cooking - that will need a complete overhaul including a new burner if it is to be used again

[ ] 2x Forced air diesel heater, one installed
