    I saw this ad on Facebook and thought I'd share it here:

    "For sale or lease - 1973 steel Gazelle "Friendly" made my TD Vinette of Escanaba, MI -$30,000 or possible seasonal lease to someone qualified to maintain her in Lake Michigan ($TBD)

    42' on deck, 52' overall with bowsprit and stern davits. All steel except main cabin top is new fiberglass over marine ply.
    Always kept in fresh water, in liveable working condition with good hull thickness and. Currently moored in Fish Creek, WI as a liveaboard.

    Sails in good shape, Main fore and jib are about 5 yrs old made of dark red Sunbrella fabric. "Fisherman" topsail is older red decron but seldom used. Large standing height dodger and bimini of dark green Sunbrella.

    18hp Saab diesel with variable pitch prop, runs well and doesn't leak. 35 gallon fuel capacity.

    Clean dry liveable cabin with 2 banks of solar charged 12v batteries (fridge and house), and an engine bank charged by alternator. Gimballed propane range, charcoal stove, sink with 12v pump and foot pump faucets. Head with compost toilet and sink/shower. Double bed in V berth, single bed/settee in salon and salon table converts to a double bed with all cushions in good shape. Aft cabin/engine room has two single berths and lots of storage. Small rail mount outdoor propane grill.

    Worm gear steering is smooth with an old but functional autopilot. Garmin GPS at conn and older Standard Horizon GPS in aft cabin as backup. 3 anchors with chain and 3 strand rodes in good shape. Old functioning manual windlass. Braided halyards in good shape, lots of dock lines and fenders. Nav lights, red/white LED cabin lights, VHF all work."
