    Hi all!

Hopefully everyone has ended the past year with as much sanity as they started it with. I'm wondering if there are any plans in the works for a New England junket this summer? My wife and I have wanted to go in the past but haven't been able to make travel plans work out. This year, however, we are planning to be road tripping through the NE at the end of the summer so we'll be in the area.

    Hi Eddie,

Yes, there has been some discussion of a New England Junket this year, again on Labor Day weekend. It all depends on the progression of things with Covid. Will you trailer a boat, on your road trip? Automatic social distancing, if we are all in separate boats!

Hi Shemaya!! Sorry this reply is so long in coming, I never got a notification that you posted so I'm only just checking this now. Alas, we'll be in the NE the whole month of August but then we're heading home so it looks like we'll miss the 2021 Junket by one week!!

We don't currently have a boat but we're planning some long term voyaging and we're both intrigued by junks, though we've never gotten the opportunity to try one out. We're both fully vaccinated so we were hoping to glom on to someone's crew for the weekend, but it's not meant to be this year!
