Thanks Ketil. I hope that slap didn't hurt too much. Or the fall off your bike. Good to hear you are still racing both on sea and on land.

    Auch,

a slap on the wrist. Shame on me, I have forgotten my last race on the 24th of August of obvious reasons. It was a straight out and back race in quite calm conditiones. Going out was fair enough with a dead tailwind of 8-12 knots, but getting home in the light conditiones was harder. Marie G is not quick against light winds with a smallish sail area. I ended up in a 16th place of 19 boats.

There was a race held the 15th of September in really windy conditiones. The track would suit Marie G with junkrig very well, but I preferred to race my motorcycle on Jyllandsringen in Demark. I had a great weekend there despit falling off the bike on saturday from a good 2nd position. The sunday race brought me a hard earned 3rd place. Still life in the old bones!

There have not been many posts to this forum in recent months - all too busy racing, or planning to add them later?
