WildApricot tech support replied saying the problem was fixed at 11:37 am US Eastern Daylight Time.  That's not true.  Problem continues now 2 hours after that.  I will continue to follow up.  This problem is experienced by all WildApricot sites, not just JRA's.

45 minutes later:  WildApricot tech sppt finally got back to me and admitted that the problem isn't fixed.  They didn't know why one of their staff would have written me that it was fixed at 11:37 am.  They asked me to send a copy of that incorrect email.

Late afternoon:  Site speed normal.  I received this final communication from a higher level person at WildApricot:

"I would like to inform you that there was a disruption to service on some sites between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm EST on March 13, 2024. This disruption occurred due to a spike in our servers, which was identified and resolved by our development team.

We acknowledge the frustration this may have caused and offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced. Our development team is currently conducting an investigation into the incident and implementing measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter and please contact support if you continue to experience any issues!

The JRA site is super slow.  I contacted WildApricot tech support, which replied: "We are experiencing an outage which is causing sites to run slow. Right now this is our top priority and our development team are hard at work at resolving this. I am confident this will be resolved soon, we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

I am stepping out for a few hours and will check again later today.
