    Hui-Mar is a Viking Atlanta built in 1984. She has twin keels and was built as a junk rig with a through deck keel stepped mast.  A small doghouse covers the saloon hatchway.

    Length: 28 ft (8.5 metres)

    Beam: 9 ft 3" (2.8 metres)

    Draft: 4ft (1.2 metres)


    Inventory

    Beta 20 three cylinder engine, installed in 2003, driving a three bladed fixed pitch propeller. New gearbox 2023. Full service 2022.

    Mikuni ducted air cabin heater.

    12/240 v refrigerator (new 2023).

    Taylors paraffin cooker.

    Junk rig sail.

    Atlanta vertical wind vane self steering.

    Electric anchor winch.

    Main anchor - 25 kg Bruce with 8mm chain and rope rode.

    Kedge anchor -5 kg Bruce with 8mm chain rode.

    Tricolour, navigation and steaming lights, all LED.

    2 x 50 Watt solar panels.

    Simrad TP22 tiller pilot.

    Plastimo inflatable dinghy (new 2017).

    Hard dinghy included if required.


    Instrumentation / Navigation Equipment

    Garmin GPS + repeater in cockpit.

    JRC Radar 1000 Mk2 LCD display

    VHF DSC radio with GPS position display.

    Icom waterproof hand held VHF radio.

    Hui-Mar was owned by the late Dennis Shepherd and family and is a well loved and well travelled boat and has been sailed extensively to various destinations, including Portugal and the Azores. Lloyds registered - current.

    It will be apparent from the above inventory that Hui-Mar is equipped for extended passage sailing.
